So yes, its been a while since I have blogged but I needed a break from looking at so many skinny people online. I know I can do it, and I do it for myself. I do it for myself daily.

So heres the deal! I have lost about 25lbs since I began my blog. and I am not even half way through the year!! Praise the Lord! He is good. By the end of the summer, I am going to try and lose the rest so that when I go back to school, I won’t be as stressed with my weight loss and I am already stuck in weight loss habits. 

motivation

ive staggered. i need to be honest, i need to do it for myself. i allowed my job and school to take over. i gained some weight back but now i am back to where i was. i need to begin exercising again. i need to be responsible. i eat healthy i just need to pair it with good exercise. for myself. for my own sake. its time to go back to the goal tracker to meet my goals.
